Fee

I work with a flexible fee structure and you can choose which of the options suits you best. Please see below what options we offer. Do not hesitate to contact me to get a customized quote.
Hourly

Simple and straight forward. You have a question, you get an estimated time allocation. Afterwards you will receive an invoice based on the consumed time and the basic rate.

Project Based

Often used for reviewing or creating business contracts. You will get an estimate for the allocated time and adjusted fee. A bandwidth of 10% in time is applied. This basically means that within the bandwidth, the estimate will not be adjusted.

Prepaid

The prepaid fee structure is used by smaller companies. Their need for legal advice varies throughout the year and they like the commitment of an external legal counsel and some financial benefits.

Subscription

This package is mostly used by companies with different departments needing legal services. A monthly time budget is allocated at a reduced fee. There is a 10% bandwidth of non-used or over-used hours to be transferred or settled within the next month.
